How do the 15 days of free estimating work?
Book a free assessment and tell us your trade and the bids you're chasing. If you qualify, we assign a dedicated estimator who works as your estimator for 15 days — on your live bids, in your software and your formats, at no cost. Your estimator works as your own estimator: full-time, 40 hours a week, reporting directly to you in real time, in your time zone, on your live jobs, just like having your own in-house estimator.
What happens after the 15 days?
Nothing, unless you choose to continue — there is no obligation. If you continue, service moves to a quarterly agreement: a 3-month term that renews each quarter until cancelled, under a signed client agreement, for your full-time dedicated estimator. Your estimator stays on your bids, so there is no restart.
How fast can I get an estimator?
Typically in under 7 days. The free assessment and setup take about an hour; then we match a dedicated estimator trained for your trade, and most clients have that estimator on their bids in under 7 days. It is a good-faith target, not a guarantee — timing depends on your trade, software, and bid volume.
