Program description
Bidding Enterprise LLC ("Bidding Enterprise") sends text messages (SMS) to people who request a free pre-construction assessment or ask about our construction estimating services and who opt in to receive texts. Messages may include assessment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups on your request, and helpful information about our estimating services. We keep messages relevant to your request and never sell or share your number.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on biddingenterprise.com and submitting your mobile number. The consent box is optional — you can request an assessment without agreeing to texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The consent box reads (version 2026-10-05): “Yes, you can text me about my request. Bidding Enterprise may send texts about my assessment and its estimating services. We keep messages relevant, never sell or share your number, and you can reply STOP anytime to opt out (HELP for help). Msg frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Optional and not a condition of purchase.”
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your request and conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also email [email protected] to opt out.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your request and our services. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
